Sessional lease of consulting suite

Sessional leasing is ideal for specialists who wish to work across multiple locations.


A single session is 4 hours, either in the morning or afternoon.
The cost for the standard suites is $200 plus GST for a 4-hour session or $400 plus GST for a full day session.
The cost of the executive suite is $225 plus GST for a 4-hour session or $450 plus GST for a full day session.


Doctors leasing sessions have the option to bring their own receptionist. We will make provisions for a reception desk for them. Alternatively, we can provide receptionist assistance during consulting sessions. Our reception staff are highly qualified with extensive experience in medical reception. The service includes:

  • Meeting and greeting of patients
  • Entering patient records
  • Processing of payments

The fee for this service will depend on the particular needs of the doctor.
As a general guide, the fee starts from $35 per hour plus GST.

360° Practice Management

This service is suitable for specialists who would like their practice to be fully managed without the responsibility of employing full-time administrative staff. We are an established medical group which offers expert practice management services. This service is only offered under a long-term arrangement of 3 to 5 years. It includes:

  • Reception service
  • Appointment scheduling
  • Professional, specialty-specific handling of telephone enquiries
  • Medical transcription
  • Managing medical correspondence
  • Billings
  • Accounts receivable
  • Processing, filing, storing and backing up of medical records
  • IT management
